Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Returns Involving Promotional Items
If your order includes a free item (e.g., part of a gift-with-purchase or bundle promotion) and you return part of your order, the value of the free item (based on its full retail price) will be deducted proportionally from your refund. For example, if the free item is worth $30 and you return $60 worth from a $90 order, your refund will be adjusted to $40.

Changes to Terms
San Margo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

This competition is run by San Margo.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who reside in a country listed as a San Margo shipping destination. Employees of San Margo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, simply sign up to the San Margo email list. No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a curated collection of San Margo products valued at $390 NZD, including:

5. Giveaway Period
Entries open on the date of announcement and close at 11:59pm NZST on 3rd August 2025.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected and notified via email within 5 business days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 1 working day, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address in once San Margo products are available for dispatch (estimated September 2025). Please note: only residents of countries listed as official San Margo shipping destinations are eligible to enter

  prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

San Margo subscriptions offer 10% off every order and are available in flexible frequencies: every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing
Your selected product(s) will be automatically billed and shipped at the frequency you choose. The 10% subscriber discount applies to each recurring order as long as the subscription remains active.

Flexible Management
You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Payment Failures
If your payment doesn’t go through:

• We’ll retry 3 times, every 7 days.
• If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a notification.

Inventory Shortages
If your product is temporarily out of stock:

• We’ll retry 5 times, every 7 days.
• If it’s still unavailable, the order will be skipped and you’ll be notified - your subscription will resume with the next cycle.

Notifications
We’ll keep you updated by email if any issues arise with payment, inventory, or subscription changes.
