Returns Involving Promotional Items
If your order includes a free item (e.g., part of a gift-with-purchase or bundle promotion) and you return part of your order, the value of the free item (based on its full retail price) will be deducted proportionally from your refund. For example, if the free item is worth $30 and you return $60 worth from a $90 order, your refund will be adjusted to $40.

San Margo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

San Margo subscriptions offer 10% off every order and are available in flexible frequencies: every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing
Your selected product(s) will be automatically billed and shipped at the frequency you choose. The 10% subscriber discount applies to each recurring order as long as the subscription remains active.

Flexible Management
You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Payment Failures
If your payment doesn’t go through:

• We’ll retry 3 times, every 7 days.
• If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a notification.

Inventory Shortages
If your product is temporarily out of stock:

• We’ll retry 5 times, every 7 days.
• If it’s still unavailable, the order will be skipped and you’ll be notified - your subscription will resume with the next cycle.

Notifications
We’ll keep you updated by email if any issues arise with payment, inventory, or subscription changes.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• Draw will take place on or before 10 October 2025.
• Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @San__Margo account and/or via email (if provided).
• If the winner does not respond within 2 days, San Margo reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.

General Conditions

• By entering, you consent to your name and/or Instagram handle being used in winner announcements on San Margo’s social media channels and website.
• San Margo is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other issues outside its control.

Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Margo is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by entrants or winners in connection with this competition or prize.
