• Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.

Returns Involving Promotional Items
If your order includes a free item (e.g., part of a gift-with-purchase or bundle promotion) and you return part of your order, the value of the free item (based on its full retail price) will be deducted proportionally from your refund. For example, if the free item is worth $30 and you return $60 worth from a $90 order, your refund will be adjusted to $40.

Changes to Terms
San Margo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing
Your selected product(s) will be automatically billed and shipped at the frequency you choose. The 10% subscriber discount applies to each recurring order as long as the subscription remains active.

Flexible Management
You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Payment Failures
If your payment doesn’t go through:

• We’ll retry 3 times, every 7 days.
• If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a notification.

Inventory Shortages
If your product is temporarily out of stock:

• We’ll retry 5 times, every 7 days.
• If it’s still unavailable, the order will be skipped and you’ll be notified - your subscription will resume with the next cycle.

Notifications
We’ll keep you updated by email if any issues arise with payment, inventory, or subscription changes.

1. Eligibility
   Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
2. Promotion Period
   The Promotion opens on Saturday 22 August and closes at 5:00pm NZST on Sunday 23 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
   Complete the online entry form.
   Only confirmed email subscriptions will be entered into the draw.
   Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, including entries submitted using different email addresses, may be disqualified at San Margo's discretion.
4. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Mamá Collection, comprising a selection of full-size San Margo products with a total recommended retail value of approximately NZ$500.
   The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any prize component becomes unavailable, San Margo reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email on Monday 17 August 2026.
   If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, or does not respond within that period, San Margo reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. Marketing Communications
   By entering the Promotion, you agree to receive marketing communications from San Margo. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
7. Privacy
   Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the giveaway and to send marketing communications in accordance with San Margo's Privacy Policy.
8. General
   San Margo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Margo accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical issues or any other circumstances that may prevent participation.
   The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
