Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.

Returns Involving Promotional Items
If your order includes a free item (e.g., part of a gift-with-purchase or bundle promotion) and you return part of your order, the value of the free item (based on its full retail price) will be deducted proportionally from your refund. For example, if the free item is worth $30 and you return $60 worth from a $90 order, your refund will be adjusted to $40.

Changes to Terms
San Margo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

Receive free standard shipping on all orders $70 and over (after discounts, in your local currency). For orders under $70, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing
Your selected product(s) will be automatically billed and shipped at the frequency you choose. The 10% subscriber discount applies to each recurring order as long as the subscription remains active.

Flexible Management
You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Payment Failures
If your payment doesn’t go through:

• We’ll retry 3 times, every 7 days.
• If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a notification.

Inventory Shortages
If your product is temporarily out of stock:

• We’ll retry 5 times, every 7 days.
• If it’s still unavailable, the order will be skipped and you’ll be notified - your subscription will resume with the next cycle.

Notifications
We’ll keep you updated by email if any issues arise with payment, inventory, or subscription changes.

1. Promoter
   The Mamá & Bebé Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by San Margo in collaboration with Over the Dandelions.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
3. Promotion Period
   The Promotion opens on Friday 16 October and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Saturday 31 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete all four steps:
   1. Like the official Mamá & Bebé Giveaway Instagram post.
   2. Follow both @san__margo and @overthedandelions on Instagram.
   3. Tag someone in the giveaway post.
   4. Complete the official online entry form, including a valid email address and Instagram username.
   
   All four steps must be completed for an entry to be eligible.
   
   Only confirmed email subscriptions will be entered into the draw. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at San Margo's discretion.
5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a curated Mamá & Bebé collection valued at NZ$505.30, comprising:

   All values are in New Zealand dollars.
   The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion closes.
   
   The winner will be contacted by San Margo via email and/or Instagram. The winner must respond within two (2) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, San Margo reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
   
   The winner's eligibility, including completion of the required Instagram actions, may be verified before the prize is awarded.
   
   The prize will be delivered to a valid New Zealand address provided by the winner.
7. Marketing Communications
   By entering the Promotion, participants agree to subscribe to and receive marketing emails from both San Margo and Over the Dandelions.
   
   Participants' contact details will be shared with both participating brands for marketing purposes. Participants may unsubscribe from either brand's communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in their emails.
8. Privacy
   Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion, including names, email addresses and Instagram usernames, will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and send marketing communications.
   
   Information will be handled in accordance with the respective Privacy Policies of San Margo and Over the Dandelions and applicable New Zealand privacy legislation.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
   This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with the Promotion.
   
   San Margo and Over the Dandelions will never request payment or banking information to claim the prize.
10. General
    San Margo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
    
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical issues or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
11. The Promoter's decision regarding the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
